Riding my bike from Berkeley to Oakland and went down a windy road the there was a tunnel going straight down. People behind me were waiting but there was a traffic jam in the tun hole and I had quickly dropped my bike ahead of me without seeing that. I was in then I was stuck in the traffic jam. Started talking to the kids in there and I guess they weren't expecting someone trying to get through. They had been squatting in there. They were nice and trying to make room for me and my bike to get by but it was a hassle. I was saying that I used to use this tunnel all the time. It's too bad it's changing. A girl said "but we live here." I was like I know that's cool but you know what I mean. You have to see a lot of good things change over time. 6-15-13
